Locations

Our England-wide Scheme is run on a regional basis.  You’ll be placed in one of 7 regions during your time on the Scheme.  Find out more and decide where your leadership journey begins.

Pay & benefits

Our starting salary for trainees is £29,225 with the opportunity for a 5% increase after 12 months. You’ll be automatically enrolled into the NHS Pension Scheme and be eligible for our Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle2Work scheme and more. On average, our trainees earn around £44,000 in their first NHS role on leaving the Scheme.
