Pay & benefits

Our starting salary is £27,701 with the opportunity to increase to £29,832 after 12 months. You’ll be automatically enrolled into the NHS Pension Scheme and eligible for our Employee Assistance Programme, the Cycle2Work scheme and more. On average, trainees earn around £44,000 in their first NHS role after completing the Scheme.
