Protected: GMTS ALS Facilitator Development Programme

Welcome to the GMTS Action Learning Set Facilitator Development Programme portal. We hope you’ll use the portal, both to support your learning during this orientation stage, and to support the development of a ‘community’ across the cohort. This feels particularly important now, given our difficulty meeting in person at this time.

The portal is organised into the following sections to hep you to find what you’re looking easily and get involved with the learning-community beyond the live sessions:

Programme Information

This section contains information about the GMTS ALS facilitator development programme and the wider scheme. It also contains the details details of the orientation programme, including links to the different Zoom sessions.

Join the main meeting

This section contains the pre-reading and reflective exercises that were assigned in advance of week 1 of the orientation programme.

Whilst this assignment is intended to prompt personal reflections, we would also warmly welcome your thoughts, feelings, insights and discussion in the corresponding comments sections*.

This section contains the pre-reading corresponding to the instructional sessions scheduled for week 1 of the orientation programme. Once again, we encourage you to use the comments sections to share your learning, or build on other’s; recommend resources that you’ve found useful; or just find ways to develop relationships.

This section contains the pre-reading corresponding to the instructional sessions scheduled for week 2 of the orientation programme.

This section contains the slides and other content from the different online sessions that you’ll participate in during the 2-week orientation programme. You can review these at any time to help you to prepare for your work with learning set, to support your ‘buddy’, and/or enrich supervision group discussions.

The content in this section will be added following each session.
