Pay & benefits

Our starting salary is £30,277 with the opportunity to increase to £32,606 after 12 months. You’ll be automatically enrolled into the NHS Pension Scheme and be eligible for our Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle2Work scheme and more. On average, our trainees earn around £44,000 in their first NHS role on leaving the Scheme.
